About The Cooking Experience
|
The Cooking Experience is set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside in the picturesque market town of Hadleigh, Suffolk.
The experience is the brainchild of husband and wife team Annie and Mark David who both wanted to share their enthusiasm for cooking and entertaining with others.
Unlike other cookery schools, Annie and Mark have purposefully made sure that the atmosphere of each course is relaxed and a point is made of making everybody feel at home.
Most if not all of the food used during the courses is locally sourced; Mark pays weekly visits to Dan Eastwood of Crystal Waters, Lowestoft, at Hadleigh Market and purchases a lot of the vegetables used on courses from Partridges Farm Shop.
The layout at The Cooking Experience consists of 2 kitchens, each with the capacity to hold 8 people as well as the outdoor barbecue area which is opened up during the warmer summer months. Find out a bit more about our facilities here.
Currently The Cooking Experience has 4 cooks each with their own unique approach to cooking. More information can be found on our cooks here.
All utensils, aprons etc are provided on the day and you are given a folder with all the recipes used on the course to take home. You'll leave with a smile on your face as well as a full stomach.
