We are renowned throughout much of Suffolk as outside caterers. With over 30 years experience in the outside catering trade you can be assured that the quality of service you want is the quality you get.

Mark and Annie David will remain in total control of any function booked through us, therefore quality is assured for both food and service.

Helen and Simon Golland and our team of staff will run the functions to ensure a smooth and efficient result. Helen and Simon have worked for The Cooking Experience for a number of years and now run their own show.

Whether you are planning a wedding, a family celebration party or a corporate event, we will help you through from beginning to end. We can supply everything you need to ensure that all goes well. Here's a comprehensive list of services offered.

• Marquees. We have several excellent reliable and efficient contacts.
• Venues. We have a list of eminently suitable venues to recommend if you cannot hold the function on your own premises.
• Tables and chairs. All requirements catered for from elegant gilt banquet chairs to garden furniture, circular and oval tables
• Crockery & cutlery, linen and glassware. We use one local and one national hire company. In both cases the equipment is of excellent quality, is delivered, collected and washed up off-site. Linen is available in a choice of colours.
• Wines. We can supply wines and drinks. A varied list is available on request. If clients wish to supply wines etc, we will be happy to take on the Service Contract. You pay a fixed sum, we do everything else.
• Staff. Mark and Annie are well-known for gathering good people around them. The team of people on the day will consist of a Function Supervisor heading up a service team and a separate service tent back up team. We ensure that no mess is left behind. Mark or Annie will be in overall charge on the day, and everyone will be answerable to them.
• We can arrange florists, limousines, music, PA and sound systems, wedding cakes.
• Menus. Cold Carved Buffets, Finger Buffets. We discuss your individual requirements when you contact us and then send you a formal quotation without obligation.
• We comply with all Hygiene Regulations particularly in respect of transportation of food and food handling. We have refrigerated vans to transport and a roomy fridge trailer for the function site.
