Shopping Help
When you are ready to purchase an item, click the '-' or '+' buttons next to the 'Choose Quantity' area to choose how many items you want, then click the 'Add To Cart' button when you are happy with your choice.
Some items also provide you with the option to choose the colour of the product you wish to purchase. All you need to do is click the colour of the item you want to buy and your chosen colour will become selected. If you wish to purchase more than 1 colour of the same item, you will need to add each item by colour to the cart seperately.
When you are ready to pay for your cart items you can click the 'View Shopping Cart' link at the top of the page or the link on the left hand menu (Under the 'Shop @ Cooking Experience' area).
Our shopping cart is currently provided by Mals E-Commerce which is a renowned provider of shopping cart solutions. Click here to find out more about Mals E-Commerce. You can be 100% certain that your payment is secure.
When you have clicked 'Go To Payments' you will be taken to the payments section of the site where you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses, and then finally asked for your card / cheque / voucher details. Once you have clicked the 'Continue' button your purchase will then be complete.
Once payment has completed and cleared, your item will be shipped to you (Please see shipping section for more information).
We are now also PCI compliant which is now required by our payment processing company, Barclaycard Business.
The PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards (DSS) are standards required for all merchants including:
- Retail (brick-and-mortar)
- Mail/telephone order
- e-Commerce
All major credit card associations such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB all endorse, and require the unified PCI Data Security Standards.

Delivery Information
All orders for delivery within the UK are subject to our standard delivery cost of £4.95, if the total purchase amount for all items is under £100.00.
If the total cost of your shopping cart is greater than £100.00 then you will get all items delivered for free.
Note: If your order is just for a course and/or vouchers you will not be charged delivery even though the shopping cart says otherwise. Please ignore in this case.
We currently do not have a fixed price for deliveries outside the UK. Please call us on +44 (0)1473 827568 to discuss your order with us if you are not UK based.
The delivery cost (If applicable) is automatically added on to your invoice at the time of purchase.
Please note that our standard delivery cost is subject to change and is at our discretion.
Most items should arrive with you within 5 - 7 working days of payment clearance. If your item(s) have still not arrived with you within 21 days of purchase, please contact us.
Please note that Kitchen Aid items are subject to delivery times of between 14 - 28 days.

At the Cooking Experience, great care is taken on our behalf to ensure your personal information is safe and secure. A couple of items of note:
- We will never ask for your bank details / card information via email
- We will never ask for your 4 digit pin code under any circumstances whatsoever

Please disregard any information any mailings like this may contain as it's most likely not to be genuine.
