Cod Croquettes. Crispy tubes of cod, choux pastry, chives and garlic, breadcrumbed and deep fried.
Gambas al ajillo (Garlic prawns in butter, olive oil and parsley with sweet smoked paprika hint).
Fried Halloumi. )Wonderful salty. Fried and served with a tangy tomato salsa, and a fresh green salad).
Sweet Potato Fries. Served with garlic mayo.
Tortilla Spanish Omelette. (Slow-cooked potato, egg, garlic and parsley. Irrestible).
The Best Butcher’s sausage with a mixed bean ragout, garlicky and warming.
Blue Cheese and Broccoli Soup. Served in a mug, a definite winter warmer.
Roasted Red peppers with buffalo mozzarella with a mustard dressing.
Quails Egg Scotch Eggs. (More delicate than the huge hens egg ones)
Lemon and Orange Drizzle Cake. (Served warm, very citrus.)
Brownies. (Gooey, rich and a must have for sweetie people)
