Description

This course is made up of spice, colour, it is low carb and can all be cooked relatively quickly. 

Here’s a list of the foods that we might cook (Please feel free to highlight any of these on the list that you would like to cook and we will do our best to oblige)

Thai chicken curry with lemon grass, fresh coriander, garlic and ginger.

Pork Sate. Using pork fillet, peanuts, soy and garlic.

Thai 5 spice Belly Pork, slow-cooked.

Proper Prawn Toasts with Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Beef Pad Thai. With noodles, best spices and water chestnuts.

Chicken Stirfry with mangetout, fresh ginger, garlic, cashew nuts and coconut milk.

Thai Salmon Fishcakes. With fresh coriander, lemon grass and spring onions.

Sweet and Sour Pork, a contrast of palm sugar and rice wine, with garlic, ginger root and light soy.

Noodle and colourful vegetable Stirfry with soy and Thai Spice.

Thai Green Chicken Curry. (Colourful and with subtle aromas and a hint of chilli)

Thai Spinach Bites

Prawn, Spring Onion and Ginger Stirfry. (Quick to prepare and cook, colourful and light on the digestion)

Mango and Cardomom Icecream. (What a whacky combination, but it works)

Coconut milk and lime Pannacotta (This is our neighbour, Amanda’s idea, and its deliciously light)
